| Updated - 3/25/08 Project Summary: Completed lighting retrofit work at The William G. Mennen Sports Arena,Morristown, NJ. The work consisted of replacing the existing Metal Halide fixtures with new energy efficient fluorescent T5HO lights in Rink 3. This project resulted in large utility savings for the client as well as a clean, white light that better illuminates the rink as opposed to the stale, yellow one that preceded it. |
| Updated - 6/5/08 Project Summary: Called in to the Freeport McMoran factory in Elizabeth, New Jersey due to the production line process constantly being interrupted because of unwanted circuit breaker trips. Engineering production line specialists were unable to detect this problem, but for a fraction of their troubleshooting price we were able to not only identify the solution but make the necessary repairs to ensure the system’s proper operation. Afterwards we recommended solutions to improve the plant’s safety systems, process reliability and cost efficiency. This project demonstrates our company’s ability to diagnose and repair highly technical problems; a quality that constantly sets us apart from the competition. |
| *NEW* Updated - 8/21/08 Project Summary: Completed new electrical wiring at the Starbucks store in Livingston, NJ. Performed sight lighting troubleshooting and repair at the Hampton Inn in Harrison, NJ. Completed lighting repair work at the Stelron Components facility in Mahwah, NJ. Designed a lighting retrofit package for the Stelron Company, with the purpose of providing better lighting and saving on energy costs. The estimated time for the energy savings to pay off the installation costs for this project is 1.5 years. |
